Kimberly Witchey, Creative Director
Kimberly is a big picture thinker. She provides creative strategy and thinking beyond a single project and can apply it across multiple mediums. With more than a decade of experience working for advertising agencies and in-house marketing teams, Kimberly is nimble and accountable with proven proficiencies in project ownership and a client-centric approach. She is a wonderful listener who hears and responds to specific client needs and challenges. Kimberly's portfolio includes award-winning designs for Chipotle Mexican Grill, leading the rebrand of Seattle University’s quarterly magazine and work with national and international brands including AT&T, Netflix and Hyatt Hotels.
Jen Patterson, Writer and Content Strategist
With experience in marketing, management and operations, Jen brings a diverse background and innovative approach to content strategy. Working productively with stakeholders at every level, she blends both creativity and the bottom line into her approach when creating and implementing content. As a passionate storyteller with experience writing technical long-form articles, blogs, ghostwriting, social media posts and web copy, she prides herself on seamlessly adapting brand voice and tone.
Stacy Painter, Marketing Execution
Stacy is a marketing professional with experience in both startup B2C and
B2B in the tech industry (SAAS). Her areas of expertise include content
creation, social media campaign execution, community management and
project management. She is also skilled in content management, website
usability, and search engine optimization. Stacy has a keen attention to
detail, is a quick learner, and enjoys taking on new projects with a "hit

Shana McKibbin, Technical Writing and Editing
With over 15 years of experience, Shana has deep expertise producing a wide variety of written content, with a specialization in technical writing. She has written everything from standardized-response business emails to software documentation to 200+ page technical manuals to competitive marketing research reports. Curiosity and an ability to rapidly learn about new industries and technologies is second nature for Shana, and it allows her to approach projects with fresh eyes and create high-quality content.
